    Workshop: Executive Presence

Presence is what allows us to shift a room, inspire a group, and precipitate change—by simply showing up. Presence is how we inform a space—without saying a word.

Workshop: The Four Dimensions of Vitality

All spaces and situations have an ambient energy level. In general, if the energy of the space is higher than your personal energy, there is a transfer from the space to you.

with Kevin Kaiser and Angie Gollat

Dates
July 27 & 28 (Friday evening and Saturday) in Ft. Collins, Colorado

About the Program

Good agreements are almost impossible to break—they take so much into account there’s very little that can break down. Good agreements are creative—something is made possible that could not exist before. Good agreements are enabling and allow people to experience something they could not experience without each other.

Poor agreements are most often based in fear—keeping something out, defending against loss, or staying in the comfort zone. Poor agreements usually take very little into account—they are made to address the needs of the one. Poor agreements are hard to keep and frequently break down when the context shifts.

The best agreements expand domain and provide greater, not lesser, degrees of freedom. They help create a habitat best suited to growth and learning.

As we design better agreements with each other, our relationships are more powerful, more exciting, and thrive over time. Creating good agreements is the most important work we do with each other.
