Although often confused with religion, spirituality is really quite different. It is not about beliefs, organizations, or doctrines. It is about the beauty of organizational forms, the transformation of people in your organization, the pursuit of meaning and a real effort to improve the world through better healthcare.
A spiritual perspective tells us we are not limited by the universe. We are limited by our mental model of the universe. A change of mind is truly a change of destiny.
In our dawning Integral Age, we have begun the search for the whole. We need to better understand our place in the overall scope of things. In this exciting time, quantum physics has combined with the insights of ancient wisdom to give us a new management paradigm. We are beginning to see the big picture of what health really is.
