Most of us have a moment in our history when everything changed. For me that moment happened when a colleague insisted I coach her team—a task I had not been trained for, had never done, and had little interest in.
But I dove in. And discovered what has been one of the greatest joys of my life—helping others see for the first time what I sometimes see with ease.
I experience people as a blend of how they are expressing in the present and how they could be expressing in the future. Because of this, what might seem impossible to them often seems already within reach to me. This recognition is my gift to them.
